This album destroys period. Napalm Death is the heaviest band in the world today and it's not any one aspect. It's the sum of everything they do. I'm so sick of reading the Xbox music notes on grind band's albums. They always say grind has no dynamics, but I disagree. When you go faster it's a more dynamic change when you slow down or pause. It just increases the range of the dynamics and the impact they have within a song. I believe grind has some of the best dynamic shifts in metal today. Napalm Death easily jumps from brooding discordant melancholy into breakneck speed and aggression. The stops and starts at those speeds are far more jarring also. Sorry I just had to vent cause I have Xbox music and the people writing the band album descriptions are actually ripping the albums and genres sometimes with subjective bullshit viewpoints. This album is why Napalm Death will always be a top ten band for me. Always pushing their own sound and finding new ways to expand on it. I also agree with most of the viewpoints expressed in the lyrics so I'm guessing that does add some points to a review. My score would be a 93.

One of the most reliable bands out there, I agree with the review score. No matter how much time goes by, they never lose any of their bile.
