I have really grown to love Kiske's voice. It's like solid gold now. The old Helloween stuff doesn't hold a candle to the vocal work he has done with his solo work, projects with Tobias and Timo, Place Vendome and Unisonic. His voice has developed into a controlled and mature masterpiece. I'm excited to hear anything he touches now. The first Kiske/Sommerville was great so I'm sure I'll like this one. It's mood music that I am seldom in the mood for, but that doesn't detract from the great writing and performances by these top notch musicians.
