Great to see that Magnum has become a band that's being recognised here on my favourite site metalreviews. Wings of Heaven is indeed one of the strongest releases in the band discography and still stands strong and proud in my cd collection although it's been 17 years since it saw the light of day. I couldn't agree more with your praise of the band and it's members. Bob Catley is as usual simply amazing and combined with the formidable songwriting of Tony Clarkin this British constellation is one of the strongest on the melodic metal/AOR/Hard Rock scene. I very much appretiated this initiative on your part and would also warmly welcome reviews of other Magnum classics as well. Your opinion of for instance The Eleventh Hour, On a Storyteller's Night or Sleepwalking would be real highlights to dig into. In the meantime I strongly recommend new aquaintances of the band to check out Catley's most recent solo album, When Empires Burn and Magnum's latest effort Brand New Morning. The band's been around for over three decades but still lives and continue to triumph!
Cheers,
Mat
It took two years for me to see your comment

, sorry about that, I wonder if you're still around reading our reviews. Anyway, just letting you know I will soon be reviewing the new Magnum album and will make a classic review for On A Storyteller's Night in the same week if time's allow me.
Take care and long live Magnum
