This album is more boring than a tea party with six members of the national math team.

It's not good music, that's what. Being old isn't an excuse. "Evolution" isn't necessarily bad, but in this case it is, and that pretty much covers it. I'm all for bands changing provided they don't change from a good band to a bad one.

On a side note, I'm pretty sure I'm seeing them on Saturday. I won tickets on the radio but I don't know if I'm gonna actually be able to get there. And unfortunately I was gonna bring my 15-year-old brother, but it's a 16+ show. Who the hell sets the minimum age at 16?

This album sucks worse than Tampon of the Damned.

Exodus should just stop, since they won't ever release another BBB.

That's a shit attitude. "You'll never top your first album so you should quit." Bullshit. Just be greatful for the excellent debut and judge each subsequent release on its individual merits.

Ugh. I ended up going to that show with my dad (who's actually into some of that sort of thing) since I didn't have anyone else to take, and it took just under an hour to get there, and then we fid out the venue fucking closed down, and they didn't bother to tell anyone.

So yeah. That sucked even more than this album.

I listened to this like 2 more times and i actually kind of like it, but really it is not like the guy on Metal Crypts describes it.

Lord Requiem is much more of a power metal fan than a thrash fan, so those two are the worst examples of bias you could possibly pick. However, there's nothing wrong with bias in the first place anyway, especially not on a reviewing site.

In any case, this one is looking up to be the disappointment of 2005 for me. Huge letdown following 'Tempo'. The riffs are watered down, the production is gay and the new vocalist is bland (well at least not metalcore I suppose).

if the riffs were more in the style of 'Tempo....' and if they had the vocalist from that album, maybe this wouldn't be that bad. I found it to be so boring that I couldn't listen for the duration of the album.

IMO Tempo of the Damned (TOTD) was a killer album.

What I really miss on this one is Souza's spitting and raging. Listen for instance to Culling the Herd on TOTD and you'll understand what I mean.

Tempo is the shit indeed. That and Fabulous are my favorite releases from Exodus.

I am not fond of this new CD except for the last track. I can't stand Rob Dukes' voice. The riffs sound pretty generic too. I have to give the drumming credit though. Bostaph is an incredible drummer and his efforts alone are why this CD won't end up as a coaster on my desk.

Bring back Souza and Hunolt please please please. I want another Tempo! I can just imagine how awesome those 2 together with Bostaph would be, holy shit.

Yeah but compared with bonded by blood , tempo is a distant second.
