Seriously, say what you want about Extreme and his stint in Van Halen, but Gary Cherone has a tremendous voice! His Tribe Of Judah project was pretty good, I enjoyed it and would have loved for him to do put something like that out again...but...he's gone Michael Bolton and shit.

Vocalist Gary Cherone will release a new solo EP this Saturday, October 15. The new solo project is called Cherone and the 4 track EP is titled Need I Say More. Management describes the music as "a stylistic departure from his previous work. The direction is more mature and very complimenting." I have to agree - the breezy pop/jazz samples are very interesting and paint a completely different personality than displayed with Extreme and Van Halen.

The anal music collector in me wants this album, but those clips did nothing for me. Hahaha.

No way I'll touch this album based on those clips. It's not even rock music. Sounds like some sort of pop adult contemporary music with some jazzy horns in the mix. Kinda like what you'd hear while in a waiting room at a doctor's office

Will the real Gary Cherone please stand up!!!!!

Sounds like a bit of 80's AOR,pop and jazz not bad if you like that stuff but for rock purposes I wouldn't even judge it on that merit because it isn't rock or hard rock or even melodic rock.

I do like Cherone's stuff especially during Extreme but this is quite different I guess he wants to branch out like a lot of hard rock vocalists have done.

Sounds like Michael Bolton to me. I can see a tour coming.
