This CD is a waste. If they're going to release their 3948494th live album, they may as well at least play rarely played songs instead of the same ones that have been on the 3848394 other live albums.

A two disc set, no less? I'm glad they do some later material, but I probably wouldn't spend a penny on this release. A Real Live One had a great set list but the recording sucks. A Real Dead One had a better recording but lame set list. Live After Death is their best to date! Maiden at their peak!

Their seventh live album, no thanks. Even the cover art blows.

The Essential IM earlier this year, and now yet another live album. Sounds like Iron Maiden are trying to outdo Gene $immons with all these fluff releases!

I'm actually curious about hearing Paschendale live.

Live Albums are not really that cool to me. I like to listen to them once just for the curiosity of listening how they sound live, but that´s all. After that I rather go back to the Studio albums.

Well i have to disagree with you,a good live album can be much better than a studio one,it can show the band true potential,a good example of that would be Judas Priest - Unleashed In The East, and Iron Maiden - Live After Death,of course a crappy live album is pretty much useless.

I agree with Voice.. Metal live can be so much more raw and awesome... There's something about playing to 10,000 fans who are all rocking out as opposed to a studio engineer and equipment that makes music live much more special.

As I said, I like to listen to the live albums to see how the band plays live, I have always been curious to hear how an incredible guitar or keyboard solo is played live. But I usually don't listen to these live albums more than three times.

This I don't get. People have constantly been bashing Metallica for being a bunch of sellouts while Iron Maiden have churned out this kind of shit for ages. I mean seven live albums, four best ofs (counting both versions of Best of the Beast), numerous collectibles, re-issues of their entire back-catalogue, a singles collection... How long will they get away with it?

As long as people keep buying it. I say we all give Maiden the middle finger on this one and maybe they'll stop with this nonsense. Plus, selling out is changing your sound to fit the current musical climate, which Maiden has never done. I think money whore is a more appropriate term here.

I prefer a band that releases 100000000000000000000000000000000000000 live albums that a band that releases an album as bad as St.Anger. Sorry but Metallica died on 1990 for me.

Yeah, Maiden isn't selling out so much as cashing in.
