Wow I can't believe that I'm seeing this band at all being reviewed on a metal site...most people I know would see them as kind of emo. And thats not including the fact the singer sounds like a total girl! LOL! Not that I'm complaining I've heard some of their stuff and I regret to inform you that I'm not too much of a fan, though one our two of their songs got stuck in my head for a reeeeal long time. Before they do again; Bye bye beautiful.

I am an old-school, 37 years young, metal fan and this album just gets my rocks off. I feel like I'm hearing Rush, circa '86, all over again. This is a great album, carefully crafted, professional from start to finish. If you can accept the vocals, which, I suppose, are an acquired taste ( my fiance calls them "that stupid band"), this is a kick ass CD. One of the years best, for sure.

currently rocking to:
Pelican
Isis
Enslaved
Immortal

I always write in like a year after the reviews but this album rocks. His voice is not as whiny as in 3. The lyrics are demented.

I think this band is fucking terrible. The vocals are ridiculous. You guys go ahead and make jokes about me liking Kittke all you want, hahaha, I'll take Kittie and any nu-metal band over this one any day of the week.

You have to be joking... I mean... just comparing Kittie's 3 drop-D-one-finger-Power-Chord songs with this album is simply... wrong.

Just listen to the last 4 songs on this album and then tell me you stand by what you said.

Yeah, I don't mind powerchord abusive bands, but Kittie never stacked up well for me. And I'm all for Nu-metal if it's solid. Still, I wouldn't compare the two. Apples and Oranges.

No, actually, more like Apples and Lizards. Totally different organisms.

I'm not comparing at all. I just can't stand this band. I'd like to smack the lead singer for singing like that. Hahaha.

Trust me, I've listened to each album multiple times trying to find what people like about it. Musically, sure, they're good, but the vocals are simply terrible.

Well, that's a different story. I understand someone hating this band's vocals.

I think the vocalist is pretty good. I mean not many people can imitate a girls voice like him lol.

I do like this album FYI.

I love Ness' mad hate for the band back then. Ordered this with IKSOSE today, hoping they'll both be as good as the last one.

Wow, I should travel back in time and kick the shit out of myself seeing how this is one of my all time favorite bands now.

IKSOSE3 is really one of my favorite albums ever. The only problem is that I've listened to it far too much. But it still remains of my my favorite albums ever. :dio:

This one is my favorite album by them, although In Keeping Secrets is creeping up there and it's an easy second. I'd put the new one third and Second Stage Turbine Blade last, although it's still pretty solid. But yeah, IKSOSE and this are both phenomenal albums. one of my favorite bands ever
