1. bald people aren't necessarily skinheads
2. skinheads aren't necessarily nazis
3. at least the other cops know that that's no reason to go and judge the guy.

Yeah, but having a violent , sick guy as a cop can be dangerous.

How I get is:

OH. I thought the cop was photographed wearing the sign, and so assaulted the photographer -> the 17 year old. Does this photo exist for us to see?
