My thoughts exactly. This album does get pretty boring after a few listens. 2 for me, exactly.

Yeah; as far as I know, this is my dissapointment of the year.

Nothing....

Rasluka 2 is one of my fav' BM EPs and one of the best Nargaroth albums, this one sucks BIG time compared to Rasluka, although the style intended to play is similar, this one didn't do it for me.

Kanwulf stated that this was actually intended to be a side project (named Prosatanica Shooting Angels) but he retracted because he once said that nothing he would ever release would come from another name than Nargaroth, so that's the story Misha.

Don't waste your time with this one, get Black Metal ist Krieg, Herbestleyd and Rasluka Pt. II, if you have those then get Geliebte des Regens, but PSA should be the last one to check out.

Yes I know the story (I read interviews too  ) and i got the albums you mentioned.

It doesn't surprise me that you like the EP as well, it's similar toe noenum and nachtmystium (demise)'s style.

I have yet to check this one out... when it comes to Nargaroth, my priorities lately have been the picture disc reissues of Amarok and especially the long out of print Fuck Off Nowadays Black Metal (finally out after months of delaying), and I?m already waiting for the double lp version of Herbstleyd (A COMPLETE FUCKING MASTERPIECE OF AN ALBUM) with live bonus tracks :D

So there, angels can still wait before I shoot them...

hmm... just heard this for the second time... it's not THAT bad :D only if you compare it to Nargaroth's older material, if you compare it to other raw bm bands it's okay good, i think..

78 from me, too good to be 75 too bad to be 80...

I don't think this is bad either but it is a bit boring. You can somehow feel what he was trying to do, but he just didn't pull it through. I think the remark about this one being one of his favorite works is an attempt to create a sort of The Emperor’s New Suit- effect hoping that people will 'like' it better if they believe it is one of his best and they are being stupid if they don't think so. I'll say 60%. Perhaps a few points was detracted subconsciously because of my disappointment since I too love a lot of his previous work.

That seems to be the problem with all his works (besides a couble of really good tracks he has made). I always have trouble listening through a Nargaroth release.
