Ah! New Tool, I forgot about that... can't wait, although a new APC album would have been better.
I've actually never met someone who prefers APC over Tool... You're like an endangered species or something.

:P

13th Step is one of my all time favorite albums. So much atmosphere and emotional power. "The Nurse Who Loved Me" has to be the best song ever.

The best song ever is obviously a Def Leppard song.

metalarchives thinks Thorns has an end of 2005 release scheduled. Where is it? I like Thorns. that'd be a fairly cool thing to have happen.

The only APC song I've heard do far is the one off "Constantine". Which album's that? Want to hear more, but can't find any MP3s.

I believe that was "Passive," right? If so, it's off of eMOTIVe, not their best album, but it is good. It's a covers album for the most part, they covered political songs and can be a bit boring at times, but there are some great covers on it, though. And a few originals, too. Stick with their first two if you're going to buy any, then pick up eMOTIVe.

For those of you who like A Perfect Circle, may I suggest 10 Years. I heard this band a while ago, the CD is awesome. It's not quite the same as APC, but it is a bit similar and like I said, very good.

http://www.10yearsmusic.com

Click LAUNCH MUSIC PLAYER and give the songs a listen, they're quite good.

I prefer Remission, they streamlined their sound on Leviathan and it made them so much less heavy. And Brann Dailor didn't go as nuts as usual =\

I think I slightly preffer Leviethan, but at the same time I completely agree with all the other things you posted noodles.
