So who has opinions on the Hellacopters?

I don't really.

As I said, they're not metal. I want a MortIIs review.

they're of this kind of band I don't dislike nor like... I know they exist, I heard a few of their songs but they don't move me or anything... but since they're not selling weapons (or declaring their aryan attitude) I wish them well...

I have liked the Hellacopters for a while now. I own 'By The Grace Of God' which is a great rock punk album in a vein similiar to the Hives, except perhaps a bit more melodic and with cleaner production (i.e. no distorted vocals). Hellacopters strengths are their songwriting and the singer. They have an amazing ability to squeeze yet another riff out of this saturated genre.

I look forward to hearing this new one, but from the sounds of the review it won't be as good as some of their past efforts.
