It's a sad thing really, all those good ideas being turned into a Hollywood crapfest and whether it be Uwe Boll or Paul Anderson the result will be the same. Even Doom was fucked up. At least Paul Anderson had one decent movie Event Horizon so there is still hope.

It's already a long time since Anderson said he was going to do this. I personally don't understand how one can make a good Castlevania movie... A great game? Sure, but a movie... And if he'll put Alucard over there then I don't know what'll I do to this retarded film director...

Are you fuckin kiddin me? what a fuckin travesty! Who allowed this douchebag to ruin another movie idea that a 4 year old couldnt fuck up? Why has this man not been Hollywood blackballed already? This is why Hollywood can chocke on a big fat one and why I have decided it indeed is just fine to download movies and not have to pay a whopping $26.00 for popcorn and an hour and 30 minutes of pure abomination, sadness and dissapointment followed by semi-mild homicidal thoughts.

Yes, music! Well, it can be a traditional Castlevania soundtrack recorded to a CD and I'll buy it.

Btw, what do you think about Castlevania: Symphony of the Night OST? A pity they didn't include Vampire Killer and Bloody Tears as bonuses, but I think it's still brilliant.

EDIT: To those who want to listen to the last two classic Castlevania songs I mentioned, here are a few links (right click and "save target as"):

http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/ni ... Killer.mid

I don't know the songs by name. But I went ahead and looked those two up (vgmusic.com doesn't let you link MIDI) and those are indeed awesome, especially Bloody Tears.

I know it doesn't let you, but you can save them on your PC via right clicking on those links and then chosing "save target as" option.

Yah and rest assured if this makes any sort of impact, and I am pretty sure it will due soley to marketing push and nostalga, you can expect similar rapings of Voltron, Thundercats, G.I. Joe, and others complete with cheesey CGI. Hell I might as well go ahead with that live action Snorks movie I have always wanted to do.

What about Halo. I heard Guillermo del Toro is going to direct it and Peter Jackson is going to be the executive producer. Something good may come out of this.

What about a live action Smurfs? Except it's has a very dark sense of humour. The Smurfs are feral flesh eaters who ravage a small country town, but come to grief when the hero runs a lawn mower over their village.
