Gonna pick this up next pay cheque.What's your verdict on it?
It's been one of the few albums this year that I've been thoroughly impressed with from the first note. Now, I've only listened to it twice since yesterday and I'm giving it a third now as I type this but I feel the same every time: Damn this is a great fkin' album! I liked 'The Formation of Damnation' but I think this is better, more diverse, and they nail the Iron Maiden cover. The guitar geek in me is absolutely thrilled with the performances of Alex Skolnick and Eric Peterson on this album. There's a slower song on the album called 'Cold Embrace' that has stood out for me. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
