For anime I recommend Shigurui, Death Note or Berserk. I was really trapped into Death Note one year ago, the history is really amazing.

I've been getting into anime lately. I love Naruto too. Death Note is good, Cowboy Bebop and Evangelion are good too. I haven't really followed any other series though.

Did anybody watch East Bound and Down?

At first I was like meh, but I rewatched a couple of the episodes and it's pretty damn funny. Too bad that season is only 6 episodes long, hopefully next season is at least double that. But I don't think this show will last very long, just becasue the story wouldn't allow it.

Try Berserk Kathy, you will not regret it. The anime series is incomplete, but the manga is incredible long, been out for 10 years and still going. Anime covers from chapter 3 to 13, and there are more than 30 anime chapters or volumes. 100% gore, awesome history line, guts and organs flying all over the place. I like to read this manga with some good medieval black metal as background music .
