I've never gotten a flu shot because my mom got sicker than she's ever been after getting one, so she never gave them to us.I did my income taxes today. Excited to sit down with a cup of tea and the new Devin Townsend album. Then I'll have to update my resume and assemble some shelves later.

I see him live in Dallas this Wednesday, getting a signed copy of the album then (backstage package). Looking foward to it, sounds like a fun album. Hope you enjoy it!

I fucking wish. I'm so homesick right now. I miss all my friends basically all the time.

i had 4 experiences abroad:

semester abroad in Nottingham, England
5 weeks working in Maputo, Mozambique
semester abroad in Monterrey, Mexico
6 months working + 1 month chilling in Toulouse, France

the only one that really, really made me miss home was Maputo, and that place was a fucking shithole so that would explain at least half of it. once you make new friends, and really get interested in your new home, it's much easier.
