i eat as much as i can get my hands on. However, I don't eat a whole lot of things like chips, Mac Donald and the likes, candy, cake etc etc - i always feel like crap afterwards. And i try to avoid eating food with too much fat in it, except for pizza.. yummy.
My goal is to weight 75-80 kgs someday, and i'm only 5.5 feet tall (1.67 m).. right now i weight around 66-68 kgs... and no... i don't want to gain 10 kgs of fat... mucles!!!
anywho... how is the food culture in America in reality?
You always hear how your food sucks and how unhealthy it is. My dad went to America this summer to work and he absolutely hated the food there, since it was impossible to get non-fried/fat food, and since he wasn't able to get danish food, i guess... on "resturants" that is, which i pointed out to him, it's not necessarily how it ppl eat in private.
I'd say that ppl in general here in my country are very happy about healthy food. But also very happy about high quality products and non-mass produced products, particular when it comes to stuff like beer

... i feel sorry for those ppl, who buy frozen dishes and beefs on cans.. yuack!... not only is it disgusting, there's no protein/vitamins/carbs or what so ever in it. Ppl are also happy about experimenting with foreign dishes and spices. But all this is something that has happened the recent years. My grandmother makes old-school danish food which is absolutely great, my mom makes even better food - she also experiments from time to time when she has the energy, sometimes the experiments sucks ass, though - American spare ribs kick ass.. But now that i live on my own i get crap... but still more healthy than most ppl do. Patatoes, salat and beefs and such... yummy.
btw... i don't understand how the rest of the world can live without brownbread

it tasted absolutely great, especielly when fresh and there's alot of types... yummy... i would hate to replace that by white bread.
a final note: a saw a food program the other day about a pretty woman who travels to different countries to taste the food. In Japan it is apparently normal to spend more money on food than house rent

how k3wl is that? You also saw how some farmers treated their livestock. They walked about while they talk to their cattles, gave them massage and last but not least, they gave them beer!! it is supposed to be the best and softes meat ever

... the woman/journalist looked like she got an orgasm when she tasted the meat

.. she was moaning alot too
